Tim Kaeding was born in Chicago. at the beginning of his childhood he was obsessed by the design. It's appear to him while he noticed everything from the city’s modern architecture to the funky graphics of its skate culture in his homeland an naturally design come to his dream. He started his own line sportswear after finishing the study in fashion school in New York. After that he was recruited by GAP, where he designed their famed 1969 jeans collection in the late 90s.
In 2003 he move to Los Angeles and joined the 7 For All Mankind as the role of creative director. With the big love and pasion to denim he developed it to be the softest ever and to make jeans feel sexy and glamorous ever again.
